Anton and Natalya Panasenko - the family that runs ANPA Estate across both countries
Together they have built an agency that works in both the UAE and Turkey as one team: both partners are involved in every market - from Dubai to Antalya and Istanbul - rather than splitting the countries between them.
Over more than 10 years in international real estate they have closed over 300 deals - for investors, relocating families and people buying their first home by the sea. That experience taught them the main thing: clients value calm at every stage of the deal, not loud promises.
Today Anton and Natalya are personally responsible for the company’s standards - from sourcing properties directly from developers to the legal integrity of every deal. Their approach sets the tone for the whole ANPA Estate team.

Our team
Behind Anton and Natalya stands a team of agents and lawyers in the UAE and Turkey. ANPA Estate has offices in Dubai and Antalya - so we are close to the properties and handle deals on the ground, not remotely.
Each client is assigned a personal agent. One person guides you from the first enquiry to the handover of the keys: selecting properties, agreeing terms with the developer, keeping you informed and answering your questions. You never have to explain your situation from scratch again. We stay in touch after the deal too.
The team’s lawyers check documents, contracts and the registration of the deal in both countries. It is the part of the work you do not see in advertising, yet it is exactly what protects your money when buying property in the UAE and Turkey. Legally the company is registered in Dubai as ANPA REAL ESTATE L.L.C.
